Wind analyses
On behalf of DNT Oslo and Omegn, Simclus mapped and simulated how snow drifts and accumulates around the cabin area at Torfinnsbu in Jotunheimen. The goal was to implement aerodynamic measures to prevent snow from blocking escape routes. Following the successful conclusion of this consultancy project, the solution is now being developed into a system that DNT can use in future projects.

Simclus analyzed how various modifications impact the performance of cyclones for an industrial manufacturer. This analysis provided insights into how different factors influence cyclone behavior, ensuring they operate as planned during production and making it easier for the manufacturer to deliver the right product to the right customer.
